We are seeking an exceptional Accounting Manager to join our team and lead the continued transformation of our Accounts Payable processes. How You'll Make an Impact
Inspire and Lead
- Foster an environment that encourages creativity and innovation in how associates' approach and analyze their tasks.
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, including managing performance evaluations, providing training and guidance, and assigning workflow responsibilities. Maintain and encourage high standards for the team.

Build & Grow Partnerships
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external customers and vendors, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Executing to Drive Results
- Oversee full cycle AP processes to ensure timely and accurate invoice capture, payment of invoices, reconciliations of accounts, monthly closes and accruals and delivery of internal reporting.
- Manage and enhance work processes to ensure timely and accurate payments while following and maintaining internal controls and best practices.
- Ensure desired results by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and guiding the team toward achieving goals.
- Manage the implementation of new software and testing of software updates.
- Effectively resolve problems and issues concerning the department.
About you
- Minimum of 5-7 years' accounting experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years previous management/leadership experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related discipline required.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel.
- Experienced user of Oracle PeopleSoft preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting best practices and internal controls.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate and inspire teams to produce quality work within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration and partnership; adeptly assessing and balancing team workload to align with individual talents.
- Possess a sense of urgency and solid decision-making skills; exhibits sound and accurate judgment
- High level of attention to detail; must possess strong time management, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Possess a high level of integrity, enthusiasm, and positivity; able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other associates and departments.
